Why it works

A homeowner who designs their own pool isn't browsing

They're planning. We built the free tool they plan on — and we only pass along the ones who ask to be connected with a pro.

Qualified before you call

Budget band, timeline, project type and homeownership are captured before a lead ever reaches you. Renters and under-$40k new-builds are filtered out — and never sold.

Documented consent

Every homeowner opts in, by name, to be called or texted by up to 3 pros serving their area. The exact consent language, timestamp, IP and device are stored with each lead.

The plan sells with you

You walk into the first call knowing the pool size, the materials, the yard and the budget. Quote faster, show up smarter, close sooner.

The lead, unpacked

This is what lands in your inbox

Not a name on a shared list — a scoped project. Every request arrives as one email with everything you need to quote.

Homeowners design, then raise their hand

On our free planner they lay out the pool, spa and patio on an aerial photo of their own yard. The ones who want it built ask to be connected with local pros.

INTENT, NOT IMPRESSIONS

The lead lands in your inbox

The moment they submit, you get the email — site plan attached, budget and timeline on top, verified contact info ready to dial.

Questions, answered

The short version: free to join, pay per lead

And nothing arrives that a renter or a tire-kicker sent.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Claiming your ZIP codes is free — no credit card, no subscription, no contract. You only ever pay for leads you take, with simple per-lead pricing or a flat rate for an exclusive territory. We walk you through both when we confirm your service area.

How many pros see each lead?

At most three. Homeowners opt in to hearing from up to 3 pros serving their area, and that exact consent language is stored with every lead — timestamp, IP and device included. If you'd rather be the only call, ask about exclusive territory when we confirm your area.

What's actually in a lead?

The homeowner's verified contact info, their ZIP, project type, timeline, budget band and homeownership — plus the to-scale site plan they designed themselves: pool dimensions, water square footage, spa and features, and the hardscape broken out by material. The plan is attached as a labeled PNG along with the raw design file.

How do leads arrive?

By email, the moment the homeowner asks for quotes. There's no portal to check and nothing to install — if you can read email, you're set up.

Are the leads filtered?

Yes. Renters and under-$40k new-build budgets are flagged automatically and never sold. A lead has to clear qualification before it can reach you.

I'm a designer, not a builder — is this for me?

Yes. Homeowners ask to be connected with local pool pros — builders, designers and design-build outfits alike. Every lead arrives with the homeowner's own concept plan, which is exactly the starting point a design conversation needs.

Which areas do you cover?

The designer is used by homeowners across the US. Pro onboarding started in the Oklahoma City metro and expands by demand — claiming your ZIPs is free and tells us exactly where to grow next, and early pros get first claim on their area.
